heat-sealing cookies: i offer heat sealing for $0.25/cookie. These stay fresh for about 1 week.
Freezing cookies: cookies stay fresh for months. Store them in a freezer bag or airtight container and thaw at room temperature without opening the bag or container before thawed! Suggested thaw time is 12-24 hours before you need them (this is my favorite method for storing).
